It is completely furnished including linen, dishes and silverware. It was built from local stone with gigantic exposed beams of chestnut. The floors are made of terracotta. Before it was restored it was a peasant home where animals lived on the lowest floor, and the families on the upper two floors.No additions have ever been made on the original house.
It is located at the end of a private road which curves and winds for 0.7 km. The site is remote, peaceful, and tranquil. It is situated in a 6 acre olive grove and the view is vast and unencumbered.
