In the small medieval town of Candida, this traditional house affords a well-located, relaxing, and comfortable house for exploring the marvels of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast as well as Capri and Ischia. Candida is 10-15 minutes drive to nearby Avellino and 30-40 minutes from Naples. Ferries to islands of Capri and Ischia from nearby Salerno. Candida is a tight knit community where family values prevail.The house, of approximately 1800 square feet, is arranged on three floors, the upper floors are also accessible by *elevator* from the garage level. On the first floor there is a kitchen, two living areas and two bathrooms, one with shower. One of the living areas has a fireplace and a good-sized dining area. The kitchen is finished in the traditional Italian style with off-white tiled walls and counters, oven, hob, tiled breakfast bar, refrigerator, oven and double sink (there is no dish washer).
