The house is situated in the hamlet of Villa within the village of Pornassio which is 30 kms (about 18 miles) from Imperia. This house has been renovated and is habitable. There is a small balcony with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. There are two pieces of land with olive trees conveyed with the house. The area is famous for the Ormeasco grape grown on the slopes of the surrounding Maritime Alps and used in the production of Ormeasco di Pornassio DOC, the local wine. Pornassio is situated 5 kms from Pieve di Teco, a mediaeval town renowned for its 15th and 16th century architecture and the ruins of it’s 12th century castle.
