This building, as yet unrestored, is an enchanting mill with a Roman arch. Most of the original equipment is still in place and the family crest of the Orsini sits over the door.
There is an outbilding of 861 sq. ft. (80 sq. metres) with extension possibilities, subject to planning permission. Presently, this building has a floor area of 1,291 sq. ft. (120 sq. metres).
The renovation project provides for a total living area of 2,583 sq. ft. (240 sq. metres) and a porch of 247 sq. ft. (23 sq. metres).
